recruitment in-home care

trusted assistant

All the elderly cares offered are trusted employees with very good references and several years of professional experience in supporting people.

We systematically check the references of candidates with former employers (after authorization has been granted by the candidate concerned).

The candidates presented have a valid work permit or they belong to the member countries of the EU/EFTA.

professional assistant

All the elderly cares we offer must have several years of professional experience in supporting the elderly.

In our pool, we also have help with training and / or diplomas

specific to this profession.

We also offer specialized aids for night care.

flexible assistant

Elderly cares can work full or part time, they can be hired for a long term contract or temporarily (waiting for you to get a place in EMS for example).

The helpers take care of the elderly person and can also do ancillary tasks, such as cleaning, shopping or an administrative task.

They prepare the meals and ensure that the elderly person eats enough  and/or take their medication.

salary of domestic workers

Domestic workers (child minders, house helpers, assistants for the elderly, etc.) are salaried   by families who call on our services. They receive a salary at the end of each month, which depends on the number of working hours defined contractually. Overtime must be added to the salary or compensated by leave of the same duration.

The minimum wage for a domestic employee is regulated by the standard domestic economy contracts of the canton of residence of the family/employer.

In any case, we recommend paying your employee at least CHF 25.- in the canton of Geneva.

It should be noted that, in estimating your costs in hiring a domestic employee, you will have to add employer charges, i.e. approximately 10 to 15% of the gross salary.
